Qualifications

• Education: BS degree in engineering, 10+ years in engineering, 4+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team, set priorities and standards.
• Own R&D and new product development portfolio.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and standards groups.
• Drive multi-year product roadmap based on VOC and research.
• Own the NPI portfolio from concept to commercialization.
• Manage full product lifecycle including pricing and launches.
• Oversee design for manufacturability, reliability, and certifications.
• Collaborate with operations and quality for tooling and process readiness.
• Develop internal prototyping and lab capabilities.
• Set engineering standards and KPIs; promote accountability.
