Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including management of managers.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise software development organizations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and modern engineering practices.
• Embraced AI and incorporated it into the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for product development, platform initiatives, and technology modernization efforts.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with company objectives and product roadmaps.
