Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Principal Project Manager – Engineering to lead full lifecycle delivery of midstream and downstream projects in the US. You will manage multi-discipline engineering teams, mentor staff, and serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, licensors, and partners.

The role covers feasibility through detailed design, construction and commissioning, with focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 15+ years industrial experience.
• Experience leading large capital EPC projects ($500MM+).
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline engineering teams and interface with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams across lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce engineering execution plans and design standards.
• Oversee procurement interfaces, vendor evaluations, and technical bid reviews.
• Manage field engineering, RFI resolution, and commissioning support.
