The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in engineering leadership, and a proven ability to manage workforce, compliance, and executive advisory with government stakeholders. Compensation ranges from $153,800 to $275,800 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business Administration or related field with 10+ years of leadership in engineering operations.
• Experience leading DoD/IC programs, capture management, and business development.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end business operations and strategic planning for DoD/IC portfolios.
• Lead capture management and growth strategies across DoD, IC, SOF, DARPA and AFRL.
• Oversee industrial security programs, DCSA coordination, and CMMC readiness.
• Manage workforce planning, vendor/contract management, and onboarding.
• Provide executive advisory on market strategy, priorities, and risk mitigation.
