Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Engineer Leader 2 to lead and manage large engineering programs and complex technical work. You will drive best practices across disciplines, coach teams, and build trusted client relationships on critical data center and infrastructure projects.

The role requires strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLC and/or Ignition SCADA, and data center projects. A strong ABET-credentialed engineering background with construction experience is essential.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree with extensive engineering construction experience.
• Advanced degrees preferred with relevant ABET program.
• FE/EIT, DBIA, LEED, NICET certifications are desirable for EL2.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects and programs, building client trust.
• Guide engineering best practices across multiple disciplines.
• Validate world-class solutions and manage technical risk on projects.
• Lead multiple engineering teams and develop upcoming engineers.
• Prepare and present client-specific solutions and project artifacts.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
