Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- 9+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of technical teams.
- Experience leading teams of 7+ software engineers, QA, TPMs.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical direction to the engineering team.
- Guide adoption of modern technologies and drive system-wide improvements.
- Lead delivery across multiple projects with aligned resources.
