Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Deep experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and enterprise integration platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle PaaS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, REST APIs, SOAP Services, Kafka, and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, principal engineers, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Own delivery outcomes across multiple enterprise initiatives and products.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise integration architecture across Oracle Cloud ERP and surrounding systems.
• Remain actively engaged in solution design, troubleshooting, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and support processes for enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Product Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
