Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Engineer Lead Sr, FDE in Enterprise Applications & Integration within the Forward Deployment Group. The role leads end-to-end development and maintenance for large, enterprise-wide technology platforms.

The position focuses on API development, data integration, and modernization, partnering with multiple teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that meet business needs. Hybrid work is available with in-office collaboration three days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and a minimum of 9 years of experience.
• Experience with multidimensional platforms and business and technical applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of FDG solutions across enterprise applications, APIs, data, identity, and legacy platforms.
• Define pragmatic technical paths through complex application landscapes and enterprise dependencies.
• Build and guide APIs, services, event flows, data integrations, and modernization patterns.
• Partner with federated application teams and turn recurring integration problems into reusable enterprise patterns.
• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements-gathering meetings.
