Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing large engineering and operations staff for complex projects.
• Five years of experience overseeing enterprise monitoring, operations centers, and critical incident triage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all engineering projects and the 24/7/365 Enterprise Operations Center (EOC).
• Direct teams managing physical and virtual hosting environments for consular systems worldwide.
• Develop and execute strategic infrastructure planning, capacity management, and roadmaps.
• Design resilient, highly available architectures with business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Lead enterprise monitoring strategy and implementation across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Coordinate Tier II/III incidents with escalation and SLA-aligned resolution.
• Ensure visibility, proactive alerts, and executive dashboards across infra, apps, databases, and networks.
• Manage the EOC as a central incident response and operational intelligence center.
