Job summary

CACI is seeking an Infrastructure Manager for Enterprise Systems and Cloud Operations to lead enterprise network engineering, cloud connectivity, firewall management, and operations supporting the Bureau of Diplomatic Security. The senior technical authority will drive architecture, performance, security, and resilience across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of network engineering experience including 10+ years managing enterprise infrastructure.
Experience supporting large federal enterprise environments.
Experience supporting NIST, RMF, and federal cybersecurity requirements.
Experience with VMware, Azure, AWS, storage, backup/recovery, and monitoring platforms.
Experience supporting hybrid-cloud federal environments.
Active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 15 to 20 system administrators, database administrators, and IT infrastructure engineers.
Oversee WAN, LAN, VPN, cloud networking, and firewall infrastructure
Direct network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning activities.
Support RMF, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous monitoring initiatives.
Lead network architecture reviews and technology refresh planning.
Provide technical guidance to engineering and operations teams.
Support regional field technology operations and training facility environments.
Develop and maintain network standards, policies, and engineering documentation.
