Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager - Engineering to provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for all site engineering deliverables. You will report to the Senior Facilities Manager, lead the Engineering Coordinator, and supervise the internal vendor team to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Requirements: 5+ years in facilities or a high‑intensity engineering field; strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety; ability to read drawings and operate building

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in facilities management or a high-intensity engineering field.
• Experience supervising hard services teams and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire/life safety systems.
• Ability to read architectural/technical drawings and interpret facility documents.

Responsibilities

• Own all engineering deliverables and safety compliance initiatives.
• Lead the Engineering Coordinator and manage the internal vendor team.
• Coordinate electrical shutdowns and building activities with advanced notice.
