Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team and set objectives.
• Own site capital and operating budgets; ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, validation, and supply chain.
• Provide engineering leadership for process safety and mechanical integrity.
• Support audits, CAPAs, change controls, and regulatory inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability programs.
