Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum eight years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams and technical professionals.
• Experience supporting GMP manufacturing facilities, utilities, and process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Own site capital investment plan and budgets.
• Ensure facilities, utilities, and equipment are appropriately qualified and maintained.
• Coordinate engineering projects from concept through commissioning and qualification.
• Support regulatory audits and customer inspections.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage engineering contractors, consultants, and service providers.
