• Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical direction as a senior leader.
• Strong product instincts for internal platforms with focus on user value and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to improve developer workflows, productivity, and quality systems.
• Deep technical depth in developer tooling, CI/CD, distributed systems, and async/event-driven architectures.
• Ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term platform investments and quality.
• Proven people leadership including coaching, performance management, and development of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Enablement strategy to boost developer velocity, quality, and effectiveness.
• Own roadmap and execution; drive priorities to closure and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Build and improve tools, workflows, and platform capabilities for faster, safer software development.
• Treat internal platform work as a product; understand user needs and measure adoption and impact.
• Advance AI-native bets and ensure validation infrastructure supports rapid yet safe progress.
• Raise engineering standards through architecture and design participation.
• Grow and manage engineers, including hiring, coaching, and development of leaders.
• Collaborate with Platform and product engineering to keep work legible and coordinated.
• Clearly represent Engineering Enablement’s role and value across the org.
