Job summary

Accenture seeks an Engineering Consulting Senior Manager – Delivery Lead to guide large-scale engineering and digital transformation programs across industries. You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, ensure measurable business value, and drive end‑to‑end delivery excellence in complex client environments.

You will partner with clients to align engineering strategy, technology architecture, and execution, while managing program finances, scope, and risk. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs in engineering‑intensive environments.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
• Experience with engineering systems and platforms such as Aras, Dassault Systems, SAP PLM, Siemens.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex engineering consulting programs from initiation through execution and stabilization.
• Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary client delivery lead, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Translate client business and engineering objectives into executable delivery plans and operating models.
• Drive resolution of delivery risks and issues in fast-paced, multi‑vendor environments.
