Raytheon Technologies in McKinney, TX is seeking a Senior Engineering Analyst to join the Engineering Technician team. The role supports developing Out of Flow test processes, procedures, and training packages while reducing waste through continuous improvement.

You will troubleshoot test failures, document standard work, and collaborate with engineering and operations to improve test capacity, yield, and reliability. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in a related role.
• Experience testing electronic assemblies and troubleshooting equipment.
• Experience with test/evaluation measurement equipment (DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers).
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Standardize test sustainment processes through documentation.
• Provide training to other Engineering Technicians/Acceptance Technicians.
• Eliminate waste through continuous improvement projects.
• Document and troubleshoot test flows and contribute to capacity analysis.
• Evaluate schematics and test capabilities for fault isolation.
• Collaborate across multiple functions within operations and engineering.
• Troubleshoot and provide accurate troubleshoot instructions for Device Under Test.
• Create and maintain spare lists and test equipment obsolescence plan.
• Lead root cause investigations and present findings.
