Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience testing/troubleshooting electronic assemblies and related equipment.
• Experience with test equipment and measurement tools (DMMs, scopes, analyzers, RF gear).
• U.S. citizen eligible for DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Standardize test sustainment processes and procedures with technical documentation.
• Provide training to Engineering Technicians/Acceptance Technicians.
• Eliminate waste through continuous improvement projects.
• Document troubleshoot flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
• Evaluate schematics and test capabilities for fault isolation.
• Collaborate across operations and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and provide accurate instructions for Device Under Test.
• Create and maintain spare lists and test equipment obsolescence plan.
• Lead root cause investigations and present findings.
• Perform risk assessments and support program risk reviews.
