The Engineer V will define standards, drive scalable architectures, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to technology roadmaps while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical guidance to project teams, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption when aligned with business objectives.
• Resolve high‑risk, high‑complexity technical issues that impact performance, cost, or continuity.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level engineers; support technical career development.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, IT, and business teams to drive integrated solutions.
• Contribute to long‑range planning, technology roadmaps, and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
