Summary

As a Manager Service Delivery (Remote in US) at Gainwell, you will leverage technology to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable communities, working with a team dedicated to innovative healthcare solutions.

Your role in our mission
  • Manage solutioning and delivery across several accounts in the Claims domain within a Shared Services environment, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Lead, hire, train, and evaluate a team of software developers and business analysts, addressing performance issues and motivating employees through rewards and promotions.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client and company expectations.
  • Collaborate with Sr Manager to develop demand forecasts for end-to-end services.
  • Coordinate with functional areas to interpret and plan project workloads.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by managing complex shared services relationships.
  • Identify and implement service improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with departments to integrate new and existing service offerings.
  • Assist in developing new business proposals and adopting new technologies.
  • Prepare and monitor operating and personnel budgets.
What we're looking for
  • At least 9 years of application development, support, project, or program management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Experience in Medicaid or healthcare claims processing preferred.
  • Experience in a shared services environment preferred.
  • Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with contracts, statements of work, budgeting, and forecasting is a plus.
