Job summary

Talentzo Delhi is seeking an experienced Software/Application Support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and database issues, and handle critical customer escalations. You will analyze logs and system performance to identify root causes, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on bug fixes and enhancements.

The role requires strong Linux/Unix knowledge, SQL skills, and scripting in Python or Shell, and involves production deployments and documentation
