Job summary

The Building People, LLC, is seeking a Senior Engineer with an active Secret Clearance to support facilities planning, infrastructure evaluation, facility condition assessments, building automation systems, and campus modernization initiatives for our federal client.

Responsibilities include leading engineering assessments and technical reviews, providing oversight for campus infrastructure programs, and coordinating with architects, planners, and facilities teams to develop implementable

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of federal facility engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License Required.

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Senior Engineer with an active Secret Clearance supporting facilities planning, infrastructure evaluation, facility condition assessments, building automation systems, and campus modernization initiatives for our federal client

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Engineering Degree.


• Experience with large federal campus environments.


• Building automation systems expertise.
