Qualifications

• BS degree in Science, Math, Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• MS degree with 2+ years of experience.
• PhD with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience in Integration, Lithography, Semiconductor Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processing and process integration.

Responsibilities

• Own 45nm Silicon Photonics technology product ramp from development to mature technology.
• Own technology module, prioritize projects, delegate tasks, define improvement experiments.
• Develop/qualify silicon photonics process flows to meet performance, reliability and defect-free manufacturing.
• Detect line issues via data analysis and implement containment to protect yield and delivery.
• Collaborate with device/process module teams to drive development of new production technologies.
• Drive cost reductions through waste elimination, line and test yield improvements, and efficiency gains.
• Ensure product route synchronization with baseline technology.
• Engage customers by reporting issues, status and milestones.
