Job summary

BB&E is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer/Project Engineer to provide senior leadership and technical oversight for U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii, and HITF projects.

The role involves hybrid work with on-site presence at USAG-Hawaii facilities and remote collaboration as needed. The candidate should have 6+ years of engineering experience, a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead or review technical analyses, reports, and cost/schedule documentation.
• Ensure technical work products meet contract requirements before submissions.
• Demonstrate experience in potable-water infrastructure, utility infra, or related programs.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience including design reviews and cost estimates.
• Act as Architect of Record or provide final technical decisions as required.
