BB&E Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer/Project Engineer to lead technical oversight for U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii and HITF projects in a hybrid environment with on-site presence at USAG-Hawaii facilities.

The role requires 6+ years of engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include reviewing technical work, ensuring contract compliance, and providing final design decisions for government projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business administration, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead or review contractor analyses, reports, and technical reviews before submission to the Government.
• Ensure contractor work products meet contract requirements and technical accuracy.
• Provide architectural/engineering oversight and final design document approvals as needed.
• Demonstrate experience in potable-water infrastructure, utility infrastructure, or related programs.
• Serve in a leadership role for government projects and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
