BB&E is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer/Project Engineer to join our Hawaii team, providing senior leadership and technical oversight for engineering and technical-support services for U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii and HITF.

The role involves a hybrid work model with on-site presence at USAG-Hawaii facilities. Responsibilities include leading analyses, reviews, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and applying extensive experience in potable-water and

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard software
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously
• 6+ years of engineering experience with design reviews, cost estimates, and schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead or review contractor analyses, technical reviews, and reports before submission to Government
• Ensure technical work products meet contract requirements and are reviewed for accuracy
• Demonstrate experience in potable-water or utility infrastructure and related projects
• Serve as Architect of Record or provide final licensed approval of documents as required
• Support Government requirements through technical leadership and project management
