Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support projects related to commercial scroll products with post-launch engineering focus.
• Coordinate prototyping, testing and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance product development and ensure timely engineering deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement development and testing plans to mitigate them.
• Maintain adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements and regulatory compliance.
