Job summary

Telex LLC seeks a Senior Engineer to provide expert engineering services for an assigned group, managing projects safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively. The role requires independent work and leadership across generation, transmission, and industrial facilities.

The candidate will act as Telex’s technical representative, supervise staff/contractors, and ensure robust technical work products while maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible engineering work experience.
• Experience developing computer programs or scripts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, CADD, and other common business applications.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop/finalize reports and work plans, consider objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate departmental project work plans and manage through completion.
• Lead development of work plans and monitor progress; take corrective action.
• Serve as technical representative in meetings with customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide work directions to staff/contractors on projects.
