Qualifications

ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
Professional engineering license required.
Minimum seven years of progressive engineering experience.
Experience with computer programming or scripting required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, CAD, and common business apps required.

Responsibilities

Develop and finalize reports and work plans aligned with budget objectives.
Coordinate departmental project work plans and manage through completion.
Lead development of work plans and monitor progress, taking corrective actions.
Serve as technical representative in meetings with customers, vendors, and contractors.
Provide work directions to staff/contractors on projects.
Supervise engineers and staff; mentor less experienced colleagues.
Oversee preparation of estimates and technical records.
Develop protective relay settings and control-system concepts.
