Samsung Semiconductor Inc. seeks a Senior/Staff PLL Designer to create high‑performance PLLs and clocking subsystems for RF transceivers, SerDes, and high‑speed I/O in 5nm–28nm CMOS technologies.
You will model, verify, and optimize PLLs; collaborate across digital, layout, and systems teams; support bring‑up and characterization of silicon in lab environments.

Base Pay Range
$138,000 - $206,000 USD
