Job summary

American Health Packaging is seeking a Sr Engineer in Juncos, Puerto Rico to independently provide and direct engineering strategies concerning process optimization and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate or a Master’s degree with 2 years, or a Bachelor’s with 4 years of engineering experience, and have a working knowledge of pharmaceutical processes. The role involves collaboration with multiple departments and developing technical solutions within project constraints. This position offers a fixed-term contract and supports ECHO Consulting Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in parenteral products, vision system, device assembly, and packaging.
• Ability to interpret and apply GLPs and GMPs.
• Comprehensive understanding of validation protocol execution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and/or direct process optimization strategies.
• Develop technical solutions for complex problems.
• Coordinate the work of consultants and engineering firms.
• Supervise and review the work of engineers and technicians.

Skills

Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes

Familiarity with validation processes

Ability to operate specialized laboratory equipment

Problem solving and applied engineering

Technical report writing

Education
