Job summary

ProQuality Network in Juncos, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Senior Engineer to independently lead process optimization, troubleshooting, and key engineering projects within operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital projects.

This onsite role requires applying advanced engineering principles to design, implement major system modifications and communicate technical results for complex operational issues.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing processes and validation.
• Experience documenting technical work in regulated environments (cGMP).
• Ability to apply engineering principles to manufacturing and production settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering assignments and develop new techniques and procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Validation, Quality and Process Development.
• Prepare technical input and recommendations for projects and capital investments.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
