Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Engineer, OPC (Optical Proximity Correction) Modeling Product Engineer to lead modeling product development and qualification. You will own product specifications and collaborate with R&D to deliver high-impact features.

The role requires 5+ years in OPC modeling (BS/MS/PhD in EE/CE/Physics or Applied Math), strong Python, Unix/Linux, debugging and machine learning skills, plus experience in lithography or semiconductor processes.

OPC modeling PEs(product engineers) own Samsung OPC modeling products. Product engineers are responsible for product specification, descriptions and qualification of Samsung owned OPC modeling product.

What You Bring

• BS, MS or Ph.D. in Electrical/Chemical/Optical/Computer Engineering or Physics/Applied Math
• 5+ years of working experience for OPC Modeling after BS, MS or 3+ years of working experience for OPC Modeling after Ph.D.
  • Experience, skill set and strong background in one or more fields listed below:
  • Python
  • Prior experience with Unix and/or Linux
  • Debugging skills
  • Machine learning
  • Optical proximity correction, computational lithography or lithography
  • Semiconductor process

Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Base Pay Range

$138,000 - $206,000 USD
