Job summary
Sephora is seeking a software engineer to develop the technical approach for order management systems (OMS) and related software. You will analyze and design solutions for omni fulfilment projects, digital platform ecommerce migration, and client experience enhancements.
Work with business and product teams to translate requirements into viable OMS solutions and fix OMS issues to ensure smooth fulfilment for customers. Remote US work is permitted.
Qualifications
- Develop the technical approach for order management systems (OMS) and software.
- Analyze and design solutions for omni fulfilment, digital platform ecommerce migration, and client experience enhancements.
- Research, design, and develop computer software and specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions for OMS.
- Troubleshoot and fix functional and performance issues in OMS.
