Qualifications
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2-4 years of experience or MS with 4-6 years in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or related industries.
- Experience with computational modeling techniques (e.g., CFD, FEM, first-principles models).
- Strong modeling and simulation skills across multi-physics domains.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead modeling/digitization initiatives across device and product development, including digital twins.
- Design and execute model-based DOEs and simulations for various systems to predict performance.
- Translate modeling outputs into design controls and risk management deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring advanced modeling tech into programs.
- Communicate insights to leadership and ensure compliance with processes.
