Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or tools administration.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, drawing practices, and product lifecycles.
• Proven ability to debug Creo, Windchill, ANSYS and related tools.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive CAD governance and align executives on tooling investments.
• Excellent training and mentorship skills with the ability to create procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSG Mechanical Engineering tooling strategy and budget planning.
• Serve as SME on Creo Parametric and Windchill, driving governance and evaluation of new versions.
• Provide hands-on tool support and mentor engineers on best practices.
• Plan education and training requirements across the organization, creating standardized workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless tool integration and digital thread connectivity.
