Job summary

You will drive technology assessments, prototype development, and ensure alignment with architecture and business goals while delivering high-performance, cost-effective hardware.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in mechanical design, familiar with mechanical manufacture process, system shock and vibration requirement, and thermal design knowledge.
• Strong understanding of system-level trade-offs across electrical, mechanical, thermal, shock/vibration, and reliability domains.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex programs to completion.
• Recent experience in mechanical part and product design.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and validate mechanical designs that balance structure rigidity, thermal, cost and reliability
• Serve as the primary technical authority in cross-functional forums, influencing product strategy and design direction
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
