Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead deploying AI agent frameworks and local runtimes on Windows and GeForce RTX GPUs. You will guide development so open-source agents run locally and securely on consumer PCs.

You will mentor engineers, align with AI research and driver teams, and shape production-ready multi-agent orchestration using OpenClaw, LangChain, and CUDA-accelerated tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience, with 3+ years in Staff/Lead roles.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing, and security.
• Proven experience with LLM inference pipelines and GPU-accelerated computing.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems.
• Proficient in C++ and Python for performance-critical parts and scripting.
• Experience building virtualization or sandboxing tools for Windows.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI agent frameworks natively on Windows.
• Define the technical roadmap to bring always-on AI agents to NVIDIA hardware.
• Optimize agent runtimes for Windows with privacy and security in mind.
• Mentor engineers and set guidelines for deployment and production code.
• Collaborate with AI research, driver teams, and OpenClaw community.
• Deliver robust, production-ready software with proper testing.
