Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the deployment of advanced AI agent frameworks and local runtimes on Windows and GeForce RTX GPUs. You will guide development to enable open-source AI agents to operate locally on consumer PCs, combining local inference with secure sandboxed execution.

You will collaborate with AI research teams, driver groups, and the OpenClaw community to create a robust desktop AI operating system and ensure production-grade code and practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in Staff or Lead Architect roles.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing technologies, and system-level security architecture.
• Proven understanding of LLM inference pipelines (Ollama, Llama.cpp, vLLM), GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, TensorRT).
• Experience with modern AI orchestration and agentic frameworks (OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain) and multi-agent system planning and tool use.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python for performance-critical systems and AI logic.
• Experience building virtualization, containerization, or robust sandboxing tools for Windows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead engineer for developing agent frameworks natively on Windows environments.
• Build the technical roadmap to bring always-on, self-evolving AI assistants to GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
• Lead engineering efforts to optimize agent runtimes for Windows within policy-based privacy and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community to ensure a strong ecosystem for autonomous agents.
• Mentor engineers, establish deployment guidelines, and deliver production-ready code.
