Job summary

Inteldot is seeking an Administrative Shift role in Puerto Rico for a senior engineering professional. The incumbent will independently characterize and optimize processes, troubleshoot operations, and apply advanced engineering principles to major system modifications and capital projects.

The candidate will develop, organize and present results, coordinating across research, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project success within schedule and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in commissioning and qualification of parenteral products.
• Knowledge of vision systems and packaging lines (Automatic and HMLV).
• Strong ability to develop and implement engineering procedures and projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex assignments requiring development of new engineering techniques and procedures.
• Develop engineering policies and procedures affecting multiple units.
• Coordinate and review work of engineers, associates and technicians on projects.
• Employ advanced engineering techniques within area of expertise.
• Serve as a peer-recognized engineering technology specialist with overall responsibility for methodologies.
