Job summary

Inteldot is seeking an Administrative Shift engineer to lead process optimization initiatives in life sciences. You will apply advanced engineering principles to major system modifications and manage complex projects across operations, manufacturing, and capital projects environments.

Responsibilities include developing engineering policies, coordinating a small team, and delivering practical digital tools, dashboards and improvements aligned with GMP and validation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and dashboard development, GMP documentation and validation.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled or automation tools (Python, Codex, Power Automate, SQL, VBA).
• Ability to translate operational challenges into digital tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions for complex problems using innovative techniques.
• Coordinate and review work of staff engineers and technicians.
• Design and modify large or complex systems within schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with research, manufacturing, QA and validation teams.
• Develop departmental or project budgets across disciplines.
