The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboard development, GMP documentation, and validation principles, with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical digital tools and process improvements. Ideal candidates will support Drug Product manufacturing activities and related validation deliverables

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides and/or directs the characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshooting of operational issues in operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects environment.
• Develops engineering policies and procedures that affect multiple organizational units.
• Supervise and review work of engineers, associates and technicians on an ongoing and project basis.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity.
• Coordinate work with consultants, architects and engineering firms on standard design documents.
