Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects, ensuring goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Design, develop, test, and improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Support product testing, validation, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
• Partner with the VP of Engineering on strategic planning and engineering priorities.
