Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications powering customer self-service across multiple channels (voice, IVR, chat). You will build and optimize multi-agent systems to enable intelligent collaboration and automation.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions, and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance through best practices

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development in Python or Java.
• 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with architecture and design.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
