Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL, is seeking a Sr. Engineer II to lead full lifecycle development of arthroplasty products.

You will design components, drive design control, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate across Regulatory, Marketing, and Manufacturing. The role requires a BS in Engineering and about 8 years of relevant experience in medical devices, with strong CAD skills (Creo/SolidWorks) and knowledge of FDA/ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in medical device development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design components or systems and modify designs to improve products and manufacturability.
• Lead multifunctional project teams through feasibility, initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Maintain design history file and adhere to design control procedures.
• Provide Regulatory support and cross-functional training as needed.
