Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Materials Science, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years in account management and commercial leadership within semiconductor equipment or related industries.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and customer value through service-based models.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic semiconductor customer accounts with revenue growth and aftermarket strategy.
• Transform customer relationships toward value-driven service and lifecycle management.
• Develop pricing strategies and defend business and profitability objectives.
• Lead NPI tollgate activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understand ASM portfolios (ALD, PEALD, EPI) to support discussions.
• Support technical escalations and aftermarket readiness during product development.
