Job summary

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English).

Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and test wafer fab semiconductor products.
  • Create and update process specifications.
  • Monitor tool and process results, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Design, run, and document results of experiments.
  • Lead teams to improve yields, reduce cycle time, and reduce cost.
  • Process qualification of new equipment.
  • Communicate and consult with team members and other staff to complete tasks successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities related to process experiments or changes.
  • Perform other design, development, and support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to think out‑of‑the‑box and create unique solutions to problems.
  • Experience with Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with high proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills for process improvement.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English).
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in legacy wafer fab technologies on 3” to 6” wafers.
  • Experience in photo or etch.
  • Experience with AI to improve research, analyze data, and present results.
U.S. Export Controls Requirements

This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware controlled by U.S. export laws. Candidates must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected status as defined in 8 USC 1324b(a)(3). Travel may be required (0%–25%).

Physical Requirements
  • Lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs; carry 15 lbs.
  • Sit 10%, stand 60%, walk 40% of time.
  • Perform activities including stooping, reaching, handling, hearing, talking, and seeing.
  • Work alone and work around others.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual base salary range: $70,304 – $205,000.*
