Job Description

• Operate standard wafer fabrication (fab) equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and demonstrate working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Accurately record and enter operational data into designated logs, forms, or digital systems

Requirements/Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0 – 2 years’ experience, preferably working in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work with close supervision and instruction
• Demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures
• Highly motivated and ability to work well with coworkers
• Ability to communicate well both written and verbal

Pay Range

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2‑year look back feature. The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the U.S., is $17/HR – $27/HR.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
