ABS is seeking a Senior Engineer I to lead engineering teams on major projects, plan and supervise design reviews, and apply advanced engineering knowledge. You will coordinate cross-functionally and ensure high-quality, timely results while contributing to rule development and client communication.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive engineering experience, and licensure as a professional engineer.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Structural, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, or related; MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering staff on assigned projects.
• Assign projects, monitor progress, ensure timely delivery of high-quality service.
• Provide guidance and training on Rules and Regulations as needed.
• Develop qualification statements, proposals, bids, and presentation materials.
