Job summary

Williams is seeking an Engineer II/III in TX Longview to work on independent projects impacting operations. You will evaluate processes, drive innovations, and lead small teams while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

The role involves presenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional groups to deliver reliable energy solutions. Your background includes a Bachelor's in engineering, PE license (preferred), and at least four years in gas or petrochemical environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately difficult engineering assignments with technical evaluation and judgement.
• Lead mid-sized projects and small teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop engineering solutions from need through design, estimates, and justification.
• Support field walkdowns, outages, modifications, and startup activities.
