Toyota’s Environmental & Facility Department is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to lead capital projects and support facility operations at the North American manufacturing plant. You will manage renewals and new additions, coordinating with engineers and maintenance teams to ensure projects are designed and completed to safety, quality, cost and schedule KPIs.

Toyota’s Environmental & Facility Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Facilities Engineer with a construction management background and facility operations background. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage capital projects (facility equipment and systems renewals and local building additions/modifications) and provide technical support to the Facilities Maintenance team at the manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Manager of Facility Operations, the person in this role will support the Environmental & Facility department's objective to provide project management and construction to ensure projects are designed and completed to quality, cost, schedule and safety KPIs for North American manufacturing plants. Additionally, the role will have technical support responsibility for maintenance and operations of facility ancillary support systems such as utilities tracking and billing, docks and doors, piping support systems, HVAC and HCU systems, mechanical piping, roofing systems, and provide backup support for excavation permits.
